Monday Jan 29:
* Celebrate Kansas Day at Free State Brewery, 11am-11:59pm
* Kansas Craft Brewers Expo tickets go on sale today starting at 6pm (tickets)

Tuesday Jan 30:
* Paint night at Waldo Pizza Lee's Summit, 6-9pm
* Kansas City Bier Co dinner and tap takeover at HopCat KC, 6:30-9:30pm (you will need tickets)

Wednesday Jan 31:
* Find Red Crow - please check the event for participating restaurants/bars
* Martin City Brewing Co pint night at Flying Saucer KC, 6-9pm
* Barrel-Aged happy hour at BLVD Tours & Rec, 6-7pm
* Kansas City Bier Co release party at the Burger Stand Topeka, KS - 6-8pm
* Local's night at Crane Brewery starting at 4pm

Thursday Feb 1:
* Paper crafts & Boozy drafts at BLVD Tours & Rec (Valentine's edition), 6-8pm (you will need tickets)
* Special tapping at Crane Brewery - Great Scotch! 4-9pm

Friday Feb 2:
* Help Brewery Emperial celebrate their ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! 11am-12am
* Crane Brewing happy hour, 2-5pm
* Martin City Brewing Co tasting at Rimann Liquors Lenexa, 4:30-6:30pm
* Live music at The Rino (connected to Colony), 7pm
* And don't forget about First Friday's!

Saturday Feb 3:
* Foundgrog/Beer Shadow at Martin City Brewing Co, 11am-4pm
* Check out Crane Brewing's brewery tour at 2pm
* Live music at Martin City Brewing Co, 7:30-10:30pm (heck just stay at MCBC all day!)

Sunday Feb 4:
* Chiefless Championship Game at Rock & Run Brewery, 11am-11pm
* Watch the game at Wakarusa Brewery 3-11pm

Parlor KC

Last Saturday I had the amazing opportunity to try out Parlor. A new restaurant concept opening THIS FRIDAY in the Crossroads - 17th and Locust, behind Double Shift ;) It was quite the experience! Seven different restaurants to choose from, two full service bars (one upstairs and one downstairs), several areas to relax, an awesome patio upstairs, and beautiful murals throughout. I had a great time, to say the least. The food. WOW! Incredible. There is something for everyone's tastes there, even my kids' who can be pretty picky. Let's start with the downstairs. When you walk in you are greeted with lovely hosts but also great sitting spaces to just hang out, relax, enjoy. To the right is the living room area.
